Guidelines and fee structure for the academic year.

School Guidelines

  • 1. Students shall attend classes only in the prescribed complete school uniform.
  • 2. Misconduct will be addressed with a maximum of two warnings. A third instance of misconduct shall result in immediate termination of admission.
  • 3. Students are required to respect school property. Any damage caused shall be rectified at the cost of the student concerned.
  • 4. A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible to appear for examinations.
  • 5. In case of prolonged leave due to illness or absence, a Medical Certificate issued by a Civil Surgeon or Medical Officer must be submitted.
  • 6. Students seeking early departure from school must obtain prior permission from the Principal through their parents/guardians.
  • 7. Leave shall not be granted without the consent of parents/guardians.
  • 8. If a student is absent for two consecutive days without prior intimation, they must report to the school accompanied by their parent/guardian.
  • 9. The school strongly discourages wearing valuable jewellery, smart watches, or similar items. The school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to such articles.
  • 10. Possession of mobile phones or any other communication/electronic devices within the school premises is strictly prohibited.
  • 11. All legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bishnupur.
  • 12. Passing all examinations is a prerequisite for promotion to the next class.
  • 13. Daily Practice Problems (DPP) and other home assignments are mandatory. Non-compliance shall be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
  • 14. All communication within the school premises shall be in English only. Non-compliance shall be deemed a violation of school rules and shall invite disciplinary action.
  • 15. The use of intoxicants is strictly prohibited. Any student found in violation shall have their admission terminated with immediate effect.

Fee Payment Policy

  • Application, Registration, and Admission Fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
  • Tuition fees shall be paid in four installments per academic year: the first at the time of admission, the second by 10th August, the third by 10th October, and the fourth by 10th December.
  • The admission fee shall be remitted along with the first instalment at the time of admission. A concession of ₹1,000/- shall be granted to students who pay the full annual fees at the time of admission.
  • School fees must be paid by the due date. A late fee of ₹100/- shall be levied for payments made within five days of the due date. If payment is delayed beyond five days but within ten days, a late fee of ₹500/- shall be charged. Non-payment after ten days may result in cancellation of admission and removal of the student’s name from the rolls.
  • Fees once paid shall not be refunded, adjusted, or transferred to another student under any circumstances.
  • No concession in fees shall be granted in case of prolonged leave or absence.
  • Students who are admitted and subsequently withdraw during the academic session for any reason shall forfeit the entire fees paid and shall also be liable to pay the tuition fees for the complete academic year.
  • Discontinuation of studies without prior written intimation shall result in forfeiture of the entire fees paid. No claims regarding admission or fees shall be entertained thereafter.
  • There shall be a 10% enhancement in tuition fees in the second academic year. Any fee concession granted shall be valid for the first year of study only. Concessions for the second year shall be awarded solely on the basis of academic merit.
  • Absence exceeding ten consecutive days without prior written permission from the Principal shall necessitate re-admission.
  • Scholarships of up to 100% may be awarded to meritorious students.
